Sony Xperia C5 ultra not charging while its Switched ON, but its charging when its switched OFF

Im using xperia c5 ultra dual. Mobile is not charging when it is Switched ON, AND CHARGING IF I SWITCHED OFF.. Its not connecting to my Computer to try sony companion, if it is SWITCHED ON. And connecting if switched off and charging.. I tried to resolve it by resetting it,and doing switch off and ON, and changing USB cables as well as chargers too.. So HELP me regarding...
