It power off it self when it's average of 60%.

Do I understand correctly that when the battery reaches around 60%, the device just powers off and you can't start it again without charging it for a while, is that the behaviour you are experiencing?

If that is correct, it does sound like there is something wrong with the hardware in the device and I would recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team and they will assist you further with having a repair arranged or inform you if there are any service centres that you can visit in your area.
