That didn't go as planned..
I have a sony experia c5303, I haven't used it in years and recently tried putting in a new sim, but I get the nework locked message.I've tried contacting O2 who were (I Think) previous network suppliers but they ask me for information that i don't have, I have changed phone numbers and email providers and cannot remember original details, Howdo I get this sorted?
