Mi telefono, no abre la aplicación de contactos. Dice contactos se ha detenido y tampoco puedo desplegar el teclado de marcación para realizar una llamada.

Por favor ayudenme

My phone does not open the contacts application. It says contacts has stopped and I also can not display the dial pad to make a call.

Hello unfortunately it does not work in any way.
I even installed a contacts app, I managed to save all the contacts, synchronize them with Whatsapp, but the next day it was erased all over again.
The phone does not respond
