Black screen

I think he/she mean screen. Sometime Google translating incorrect I think it's typical frozen screen problem. With Xperia C5 Ultra happening sometime this things. My advise force close and turn it on again. I did found any solution of this problem, i think Sony must to do with this something. Also always need to clean caches, stay clean smartphone at all. To safe some RAM and ect.
