android is starting optimising application 1 of 1

Hello,

my Xepria C4 suddenly started to be stuck on boot with message Android is Starting Optimising application 1 of 1 and it takes around 10 minutes for it to boot.

after it starts it's very slow and always lagging i have to reboot it daily and still very slow.

tried factory reset and SW repair using PC companion and still teh same behaviour.
