WH-1000XM5 horrible ANC preformace

This is an old subject already but the ANC isn't working how it is supposed to I had the XM4 and they would do a way better job canceling sound, please just make a software update so that we can control if we want ANC or not. It's getting old now, I thought my pair was defective due to so low performance, sent it to repair but apparently they are fine. Never buying with sony again util they fix this

Did you try to test the headset with different devices and check if the noise cancelling affect will be the same or not?
