XD70 and dh520 no sync so sound via hdmi

Does anyone have a set of TV  XD70 and receiver dh520?
I have a problem, bravia sync does not work. TV in any case does not see the receiver.
 I can only send sound to the receiver via optics.
 PlayStation 4 works with sync perfectly, visible in the list is controlled by the remote. (mean sync is work)
I tried all the settings of the receiver (of course, the control is enabled), tried different inputs and outputs.
The receiver is in the list of supported models for TV, but sync does not work, the HDMI icon is active
As a result, I cannot transfer audio via HDMI from a TV
the only time the sound went through HDMI when connecting xbox 360 via HDMI to the receiver, and the receiver to the TV also via HDMI (the passthrough worked)
tv have last august update
ps on optics, the sound only from the built-in player goes to DTS and DOLBY, kodi and others are all in PCM (regardless of the audio output settings from the TV).

So in service we will try to find why sony tv don't see DH520. we replace hdmi board. .... and nothing. bravia sync still don't work. Will try to other tv - nothing. On DH520 I can see HDMI lable only while conect something (laptop) to all HDMI inpuct excluding HDMI TV IN. If I connect DH520 to TV via HDMI TV IN  to HDMI/ARC port, TV show me that something conected, but no sound no bravia sync. i think that ptoblem not with HDMI port, not with ARC, problem somewhere with CEC control. (sure I will try all reset, and sure hdmi ctrl is ON). :(. With PS4 bravia sync work. passthrough also work via HDMI TV IN port.
