- Hi all, wondered if anyone had similar experience. Ive had my x8509c for a few years now. At random there is all of a sudden a red/orange hue, like the reds are to saturated, makes people look sunburnt. Only way to get the image to return to normal is to reboot the TV. As soon as the "shutting down" notice appears you can see behind it the image returns to normal. It seems to happen to any video in any app, but no difference in image in menus or home screen.
Latest firmware has been installed and not helped. Does it 2-4 times a week.
Anyone had this or know anything I can do to troubleshoot/resolve?
