x83 Bravia 2015 - Apps crashing

Hi All, 1st post!

I got the 43x8307c a few days ago.

All my Android apps, video, album, Netflix and youtube are crashing after about 10 mins.

They play fine then close down and tv returns to the digital channel or tuner mode.

Anybody getting the same problem? Is there any known fix?

SOLVED

HOME > Settings > System Preferences > Retail Mode Settings > Picture Reset Mode = Off

Picture reset mode does two things after 5 or so minutes;

1. Resets the Tv back to Tuner mode or basic TV channels if you are in Home or Apps etc
2. Outputs the sound at a different preset level

I had both these issues and was going to return the TV to the seller as 'not fit for purpose'.

Glad I found the setting and didn't have to return it...
