Since broadband was upgraded to Halo 3 my voice activation on 2 TVs doesn’t work

Assuming BT Halo 3 then this is just an add on benefit and not a change of broadband. Has something changed like you have moved to Complete WiFi and now have a BT Smart Hub 2?
In which case it is recommended that you turn off Smart Setup and connect your TVs to your new router.

@Jaslock1602 I agree with SonyUser30Yrs, but could you also share the model number of both TVs you're referring to?
