Unable to sign in to web page

I am registered with medici.tv and when I use the tv browser I can enter my email address, but when it comes to entering the password in the requester box, I cannot access it. Who can I talk with to get the browser fixed? All I can do at the moment is stream from my iPad

I have tried that, but my Mac Keyboard will not pair with the TV. I don’t think it is a keyboard problem as the input takes my email address, but then leaves the cursor at the end of the email and doesn’t move it on to the Password box

I'm sorry for being unclear in my last reply, I was referring to a regular USB keyboard, have you tried that?

I don't think it's a keyboard problem as well, it's either a website or web browser one, but a USB keyboard gives you access to the "Tab" key, which is worth trying.
