Hi,
My TV recently has started saying “no channels stored” every time I turn it on, and I have to click cancel on it every time. I don’t have, need, or want channels tuned to it, I use it as a screen for other devices only.
Attempting to tune results in “no results found” and back to square one.
Any ideas how to stop this annoying feature?

Is there an aerial connected when you scan for channels? - it still doesn't pick anything up?
It wasn't happening before the update? Have you tried a factory reset?

No, there is no aerial connected. I use it as a display only, the input is HDMI only. I want it to stop asking me to tune it, as I don’t need it tuned, and do not have an aerial to do so.
Yes it started asking me around 1 month ago. It’s never been an issue before and never been tuned.
I have not done a factory reset as I don’t want to lose my settings but I suppose as a last resort I may have to.

Please try a factory reset and hopefully that fixes the issue - unfortunately you will lose your settings.
