try to register my new tv but keep getting no entry signs when asked if bought online or not
bought a tv from john lewis trafford centre manchester on 24/3/2018.model is kd 43 xe 8005.When i try to register it i keep getting no entry signs when asked if bought online or not .Can you help please.
hello,same thing happened to me when i tried yesterday,just managed to do it today.i was cutting and pasting the make of the tv,today i tried it by going through their own drop down menu and it worked,hope this helps
