Subtitle on digital channels on DVB

I  have a 65XE9005 android type TV that does not keep the subtitles when I switch to another TV channel.     After selecting the subtitle, it will not be stored in this menu.
When switching to another TV channel, subtracting from the menu, switches off.
How can I fix this problem?

Hi there,

Welcome to the Sony Community.

If you want the subtitles to be retained indefinitely, please see below - 

1. Press the HOME button on the remote.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Channel setup in the TV categories.
4. Select Digital Set-up.
5. Select Subtitle Set-up.
6. Select Subtitle setting.
   • Select Off if you want the subtitles to remain OFF.
   • Select Basic if you always want subtitles to be displayed.
   • Select For Hard Of Hearing if you always want the subtitles for hard of hearing.
