I've got a sonysound bar ct-290 connected to a sony smart tv after about 10 mins its keeps disconnecting and says on the tc screen commuication failure any help please

Our Support Team has suggested this is probably an issue with the cable being used. If it’s not well shielded it can cause these kind of problems. Could you please try connecting again using a high quality cable, and then let us know how you get on?
