We have just upgraded to a BT SmartHub 2 and since then the TV keeps losing ITV player and BBC iplayer. We have unplugged the TV (disconnecting all the devices from the TV and the ethernet cable) and rebooted the SmartHub. When the TV was switched on this worked but when the TV is switched off at any point when we start the TV again it knocks the settings out. Extremely frustrated! The TV is using ethernet directly into the SmartHub.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Does this happen on the latest software version as well? If yes, make sure the date & time settings are set to "Use Network Time".

Hi, I followed your instructions, latest software version had already been updated, changed the date and time settings but it is still not working and I am getting an error message on BBC iplayer. Only way I can get the iplayer to work is if we unplug the TV, power down and reset, works once and then disable again once the TV is left off overnight.
