Hi,

Voice Remote Control problem, I can’t active the voice button on the remote. I have replaced batteries, done a factory reset on the tv, installed the latest firmware updates. I’ve tried activating the button as directed, press the volume down button and the microphone button for 3 seconds, orange light flashes for a while then goes out, no option to do anything else. The Software version/software update for the Voice Remote Control are ‘greyed out’ so I can’t check fo a new software version. The remote isn’t listed even as a Bluetooth device so I can’t unpair it. Remote changes channel and does the regular stuff, but I want voice control and other Google Android features. I have an aluminium Voice Remote Control

Any ideas??

Sorted, the problem was the Bluetooth connection on the tv. Although bluetooth was on, I switched it off and on several times, activated the remote and it picked it up.
