This is how a TV Sony looks after 5 years.. I bought it in December 2017. Very dissapointed.  I have a TV from other company.. after 13 years, it dont have a single pixel broken.

Yea that really sucks! If you've already tried a reset for it and it's still like that maybe you will need to contact a Sony service centre to get it replaced since they don't repair screen as far as I know. Hope this helps.
