Having been a Samsung loyal customer for years I thought I'd switch and buy an AG8 android TV. I can honestly say what an absolute nightmare TV this is... Have been pulling my hair out regarding tuning in channels, it's an absolute joke, 1 day you get 130-140 services, then you wake up the next day you'll get 20-40. So retuning again shows 85 channels. They're all mixed up, missing, unavailable. You name it I've tried it. The TV has a mind of it's Own, and as for HD channels, forget it. I've changed all aerial connections and got all available channels then got up next morning, and 75 dissappeared. Unbelievable... Just plugged in my 5 year old Samsung and guess what.. Suoer quick tuning (AG8 TAKES FOREVER BTW) and every single channel there, all HD channels that are available and job done. What a complete waste of £1200.00. Sorry Sony but I see I'm not the only 1 with this problem too. Well below par TV from a very well known company that should be performing better in the year 2020...!!!! Stuck with this thing now and have a wife looking at me asking WHY DID YOU SPEND ALL THIS MONEY ON A VERY NICE LOOKING ""USELESS TV""
