For the last few months while watching my Sony TV , all of a sudden and for no particular reason the band along the bottom of the screen appears asking for a voice command. Has anyone had this problem and if so how do I sort it out? Sony are asking me a lot of technical questions and some I cannot answer. They are obviously not wanting to send out their engineers to resolve matter at this stage which eventually they may have to!
