Sony A8H / Dolby Vision

This subject has probably been covered before, but I would appreciate some help if possible.

Does anyone know if there is a fix for the green hue appearance that appears over the screen when played with anything that has been produced with Dolby Vision on the A8H.

I get this green washed out effect from any source including Netflix/Disney.

Thanks for helping me with this very annoying problem, although I don’t see that anyone should really need to perform a factory reset for a problem like this. Surely Sony should provide an update to remedy this??

It's up to you. You can wait for a fix (even if Sony suggests to do a reset the TV before or after the upgrade) or try to do something to solve it.

I didn't have this issue on my own older A1 but there threads in this forum about this issue as the one I sent to you. There may be other issue related to malfunctioning that could be solved by resetting the TV, I'd give it a try also because even if you contact the support it is the first thing they will ask you to do.
