Shiney New XD85 - Voice Control

Just Landed earlier today, havnt had time to get a good play as yet however first thing i noticed that is not working as it should is the voice control.  Nothing at all happens when the MIC is pressed on the remote, tried in YouTube, home screen and normal TV.  No response what so ever

Looks like the TV already has Marshmellow on also (Bonus)

any advice ?
