Screen/picture defect at the bottom of the screen

Does anyone know (or had experience) about the defect on the screen as shown on the picture? The lines at the bottom of the screen changes colours and blocks the TV program. Although this happens on random but I need to power off and on the TV to remove them. 

The TV (XD9305) was delivered yesterday and I will ask for replacement from Amazon if this cannot be resolved.

Looks like a technical defect - so better ask for replacement.
