My KD-55XE8396 TV completed an update yesterday and now I’m unable to get sound through the majority of streaming apps, Spotify, Netflix, YouTube & Prime. Netflix will play video but no sound and Prime wouldn’t let me play anything but if I cast it from my phone it’ll play on the Tv but still with no sound
I’ve completed a factory reset, which hasn’t worked, I’ve looked into sound settings but can’t find any issues.
Weirdly BBC Iplayer works though.
This needs resolving ASAP.
