According to Sony PIP, PAP and twin Tuner are avaiiable since 17th of February for eu firmware for HDMI/Tuner.

1. PAP cannot be enabled from Action Menu if Active Input is Tuner. Becomes available only if HDMI(bluray or what ever) is Active firstly.

2. Enabling Double Picture from Action Menu brings a large green framed HDMI window and a smaller one for Tuner. Swaping Active Screen brings green frame and sound to smaller Tuner window. The problem that appears is that Bluray stops playing and enters its own home screen. You must press Play again on bluray to continue playing.

3. Why is it difficult to Picture in Picture with software ? Display is A DISPLAY and TV set is PC with Android Software.

4. Twin Tuner is reported for 4K Televisions. Twin Tuner does not exist for DVB-T and DVB-S tuners. Why?

5. Even one DVB-T digital tuner can "give" two channel pictures in same frequency.

For number 5.

I have an ancient USB Asus Hybrid U3000, that in combination with SmartDVB software, gives a perfect Picture In Picture(a floating one) for same Frequency(mux) channels.

All functions related to software can be solved as long there is the will and the knowledge.
