Order never arrived

I recently ordered a KD-55A1 and it never arrived how do i go about getting a refund or having sony resend my item

Sony doesn't not sell product directly anymore to consumer and the model KD-55A1 is a 5 years old one, so rather difficult to buy as new. Check it better where and from who you bought it and be prepared to have lost your money
