New remote and youview TV guide

The new remote control (no number keys) for Sony Bravia 2 ii  has major limitation - you cannot change the day on the youview tv guide - has anybody found a method without scrolling vy the hour ?

Does your Bravia 2 ii not come with two remotes? If not, then you can buy a comatible RMT-TX450E for under £10.

The cut down voice remote is not new, it has been around for some time. As far as I know, the fast forward and rewind buttons have never been available on this remote. To navigate to the next day, hold down the direction right or left and it moves quickly through the day (takes about 5 seconds a day), or use the RMT-TX450E.

Having monitored this community for many decades, I believe that you are the first person to ask the question.

It would be good to have the fast fwd and rwd buttons available from the options when pressing the 'menu' button 😀

But I guess after being requested a couple of years ago, it is a low priority.

So I'll be ditching the new concise remote control  - the only useful button is the Google assist (mic) button which is sadly not on my other supplied remote ( with the numbers) 

So binning the remote helps declutter my tv snug room 🙂
