Netflix problems

Has anyone getting similiar problems. Reguarly netflix when selecting a program wil play with sound but no video occasionally green flashes. Coming out it causes the normal broadcasts to lose picture long push on power button fixes it 9/10. Only started happening uninstalled updates for netflix but no difference cleared cache very frustrating.

Unsure if you have tried a factory reset?  Can fix many issues.

If that still fails, try doing a 'live chat' session with Netflix and see what they say.
