After the latest update (v5.417 ) on my XBR-75X850C, when I attempt to launch the Netflix application, it gets stuck on the initial 'N" screen. Rebooting the TV solves the problem on the next application launch but is not a long term solution.
Any help appreciated.

I think that your TV model isn't made in Europe. I've found it on the US website. I think they can help with this. You can also use their community forums here: https://us.community.sony.com/s/?language=en_US
