Low volume on streamed video files

Hello

When I stream video files from my NAS, the volume on the file is very lwo and I have to turn the tv or soundbar volume up to about 75% of maximum

Any hints as how to increase the sound level on the file?

I should have said that the files are streamed wirelessly to my Sony Bravia KDL48705C tv and they play very well other than the need to adjust the volume
