Kd48 A9 bravia oled remote with virgin box not working

Hi.

Up until today my bravia remote has been working fine with my virgin 360 box. Now I cannot change channel or access the guide. It was set up before as ziggo as suggested on previous posts when I first set tv up. Any suggestions as niw it can't even recognise Ziggo.
