Horizontal lines

Can anyone tell me why when watching Sony movie channel on my Sony 43" XE 8005 4K TV  

There is a single horizontal dotted line at the top of the picture. This is only visible for half the screen. It does not happen with any other channel. Any views would be appreciated.
