Purchased a Sony Bravia TV December 2020, I connected a Panasonic PVR to HDMI2 and it’s worked fine, until now !
I turned the PVR on and selected HDMI2 and got the “No signal” message.
I have tried the troubleshooting info on the web, ie disconnect all HDMI inputs, disconnect the TV power, wait 10 minutes then reconnect 1 by 1 checking for signal for each device, everything works except HDMI2
I tried a brand new DVD player in HDMI2 but still got the “No Signal” message.

We can only offer specific suggestions if you provide the full model number of your TV.
Generic advise would be to try a full factory reset if you have completed all other troubleshooting steps. If that doesn’t work then back to the Retailer if it is still under warranty.

Re software/firmware - yes it is up to date.
As I said I have tried all recommendations but the problem still exists.

My apologies I had assumed your TV was an Android TV but I can see that it is a Linux TV.

The advice is the same, you need to contact your Retailer or Sony Support.
