Hello everyone.
I purchased my KD-55XH9505 back in 2020.
Last year (2022), the TV developed a fault whereby it would no longer switch off, or on, when told to do so via Google Voice. John Lewis sent an engineer round who said it was an issue with a circuit board in the TV, subsequently replaced the board, and all was good.
Last week, the problem re-emerged with us being unable to turn the TV on, or off, via Voice commands. If we ask Google other stuff when the TV is on, such as the weather, then it displays as normal.
Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, is there a fix, without having to replace parts on the TV?
I am concerned as the TV will be out of warranty the year after next, and don't want to be left with a lemon.

Similar issue here, around two weeks ago my XR-55 stopped powering off using the command...it listens and responds but doesn't actually do it, so I tried powering on too and the same thing.
I'm hoping the workaround is not a factory reset because this thing has been nothing but crap since owning it!
