Freeview Play Issues

I have recently purchased a KX-49XE7002 Television. I have connected it to the internet and have downloaded all my channels.

When i want to access Freeview play, its states ''loading please wait''  Then nothing happens all the other apps work though at this time. i have looked at software update and it states the tv is fully updated at this time.

Could anybody please assist or advise
