Just need advice.
After countless calls and emails with the Sony Customer service and verifying my 5 year warranty. They won't sent out a engineer. Only had this telly for 3years.
Looks like I have to drag my telly across London just to get looked. at. As the only Sony official repair place is in Ealing somewhere. The other one is closing down. Cannnot see anything on warranty about them not sending out someone.
This is going to be real issue with carrying this telly on tubes and buses. Fearing I might do myself a injury or smash the telly.
Are there any tips about them sending out a engineer ? It seems so stupid, they only send out engineers for tellys from 39inch upwards. Not as though a 32inch is easy thing to carry round. A TV is TV..
Almost the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on.
