Favorites on TV app

how to set the option to keep favorite list as a default Tv list? And also when you set a timer for a TV station it switches to general list.

I have the XG8505 with latest Firmware update to v6.3626.

the this problem with switching lists is very annoying

I can answer for Android Oreo but I don't think they changed anything on Pie.

There is no option to set favorite list as tv default forever, it switches to complete list any time you switch off the TV or exit the favourite mode by i.e. changing the tv channel by pressing the numbers on the remote.

You can set the TV to favorite mode or via the TV guide (by setting the source on the action menu - or the equivalent on your tv - and then selecting a program) or via the Discovery function (or TV button as it should be called on your tv) selecting a program from the list of favorite of your choice (up to 4). One entered in favorite mode you can zap through the list via Pr+/pr- button on the remote or via Guide/Discovery function mentioned above.
