Constant need to power cycle Android TV KD43XG8196 - Also dropping internet

Dear forum, 

Looking for some guidance please. 

I have a new Sont Android TV KD43XG8196

At least once a day the tv becomes unresponsive resulting in me needed to pull the power cable out the back and then plug back in (after 5 mins), which causes a reboot. 

Really frustrating. It also seems to constantly drop internet "No internet connection", "internet connection found" - this is despite it being hard connected via Ethernet to a sky router.

There are several posts in this community that solved the problem with sky router disabling ipv6 on it. 

Unstable internet connection may lead also to the other problems...
