All of my catch up apps have stopped working. You Tube, Prime etc are still working but not the catch up apps.
I’ve already reset my TV and done a full factory reset. I’ve cleared the cache, I’ve reset my broadband hub, I’ve checked the TV has the latest software. I’m now at a loss. Any ideas?
My router is upstairs and my TV downstairs so Ethernet is not an option. The only other device using bandwidth is my phone so there should be plenty of bandwidth and it’s never been an issue with bandwidth before. I’m only using my phone to send this email and nothing else
If you are using a VPN and it is connected this can produce error on UK apps. It is easy to disconnect VPN.
How do I tell if a VPN s connected please and how would I disconnect it? Thanks
Your main menu page on VPN app should tell you whether you are connected or not and there should be an option to disconnect. You can then connect again when not using UK only apps. I use NordVPN and the above works for me as BBC I player won't work when VPN is connected.
