cannot upgrade kdx9305c firmware

Hi

just bought kd65x9305c but cant upgrade the firmware. if done by internet it stops at 81% everytime saying (error 2123) that a problem with server, if done by usb it again stops at 81% copying file and then crashes tv!

please help

Ive sent you a PM, with the instructions.  As you are in Brazil and different firmware etc, I am unsure if it will work or not - but it doesnt hurt to try.  I had 1 person from the USA ask as well, but these instructions failed.

Give it a go anyhow.
