Somehow restricted profile got set upand I have no idea what the password is found several fixes but none worked.  I need to perform a factory reset but cannot unless restricted profile is disabled.     Is there a master password that gives me access or a workaround.

Welcome to the community. The Sony website is experiencing some technical issues at the moment and I'm having trouble finding the manual page for your TV. 

Please try searching the Q&As and the manual for your TV via the Sony website for 'restricted profile'. If no luck,

just call Sony Support  on Wednesday morning.
