My k65rx80 has stopped producing sound through the tv speakers I’ve tried all the troubleshooting methods but no luck, has anyone else had this problem?

Hi @Wayned83 Assuming that nothing is plugged in (apart from the aerial), especially the headphone socket, then it is time to contact your Retailer or Sony Support.

When you say that you have tried all the trouble shooting methods, did that include a soft reboot or going further to a full factory reset?
Yes I’ve tried a soft reboot and a factory reset but still no sound.
