Every time I launch the App, I try to watch some content and can get up to the point of pressing "play" or "resume" in the Amazon Prime Video App itself.
But then I get an error, which says "unknown_error"
i've tried to contact Amazon Video support and they havent helped solve my problem. The TV is registered on https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com but it says "This device is unable to access partner Premium Services because it has already been activated by another account"
So Im unsure where to go next? Anyone have this issue and manage to resolve it?
