All shortcuts to apps eg now tv, Amazon have disappeared ??

I was able to press input button and my apps such as Disney, Amazon, now tv where there. They have now all disappeared 

The TV IS new and is the 4K OLED 48 Sony

you can edit that view by going to the far right. There you can select which inputs/apps to be displayed.

What is the model number of your TV? Sony produces more than one 4K OLED TV.

I have the same problem with my XH95. The shortcuts have gone. When you try to add them again, nothing is there. It’s just the tv inputs and BBC iPlayer. Disney, Netflix, Kodi, YouTube all gone and no option to add them back. Restarting the tv doesn’t work. You have to go to the Home Screen and select apps that way. Must be a glitch?

This issue was solved for me when I uninstalled Now Tv……..When I reinstalled it I ended up with the same problem….and so I have removed it again.

Yes, it is a conflict with the NOW TV app. Same problem, same solution.
