 55XE8577 Cannot play VP9 4K cable transmision

We have a 35Mbps free live video transmision in our country , by cable , and it`s encoded as VP9 HEVC. My BRAVIA XE8577 CANNOT PLAY, just the audio only. It`s really really ashame because my mom`s 43" HORIZON , and my brother low cost SAMSUNG can play without issues. KUDOS SONY , what else to say now
