55"XE9005 judder with film mode medium or high

Hi all I'm new this forum.

I recently got a 55"XE9005 and I'm having a problem with the motionflow settings, I want to have smoothness on 2 but it as no effect if I have film mode set to off or low I have to set it to medium or high for it to have a effect the problem with that is when I have it on medium or high I get judder/stutter on faces and hands.

This is on tv programs mainly not movies and on all sources, sky+hd, iPlayer(on both the built in version and on ps4) ect ect and the TVs digital tuner and the satellite tuner.

Is there something I'm missing or a setting maybe I'm missing? Is this a bug that will/could be fixed with a update or is this a hardware fault?
