4k Netflix & Amazon issues

Has anyone seen either of these issues?

1. Massive lip sync issues if trying Netflix 4k. Normal Netflix works fine

2. Amazon Ultra HD comes through in very low quality

Can't get my head around either issues. Netflix 4k looks stunning but is unwatchable due to a 2 - 3 second lip sync and Amazon looks like old SD.
