43x85j disappointed

Hello.
I have a 43x85j TV that I don't really get along with, I actually only had sony TVs, but that put a lid on me.
-The light changes its intensity while watching movies, I tried all kinds of settings, I can't.
-When changing the stations (quite often) there is no signal, I left it for 10 minutes and it did not display an image while another TV was working, I measured the signal at the TV socket and I have 78 db. no losses.
-I have had it for almost 2 weeks and it has restarted itself 3 times.
