Time and date setting repeatedly

Hi,

the last 2 weeks, everytime I turn on my A7, the camera needs time and date setup. Does anyone know why and how to solve it??

Seem that internal battery is discharged.
Do you store the camera in your bag with the battery fully charged?
Have you tried to connect an usb charger to the camera for some time (hours)?

If "yes" to all questions may be the internal battery died.

I use external battery (and dummy pack inside the camera). When the camera is not in use, the baterry is always disconnected. I should probably connect the camera via usb to the charger - good idea. Thanks.

Problem solved - I connected the camera via usb to the charger and let it charge for several hours.
